Introducing our new Lead Guitar player SCOTT GARCIA. Scott will join us at our Catfish Lou’s gig on March 10 and forward. Scott comes by way of California and currently lives in Newberg, OR.

Scott has been playing guitar since the age of seven, and began performing in local clubs at the age of fifteen.
Influenced by early Creedence Clearwater Revival, Chuck Berry, and B.B. King, as well as Carlos Santana, Lynyrd Skynrd and the late great Stevie Ray Vaughn, Scott blends his own unique, soulful, singing and playing styles to this self-titled CD.

Over the last thirty five, plus years of performing, Scott and his bands have been fortunate enough to perform with such notables as: Eddie Money, Molly Hatchet, The Tubes, Ronnie Montrose, Doug Clifford of CCR, and the Greg Kihn Band to name a few.
Most recently, Scott completed his Country/Rock project “Painted Sky”, which has garnered international airplay.
In addition to international activity, Scott’s former band has joined forces with Coca-Cola, and Wal-Mart stores, to perform at Wal-Mart grand openings, Coca-Cola super sales, and other corporate events.

While in California, Scott also performed live at outdoor festivals and clubs with a top notch cover band Cadillac Jack.
In the spring of 2015, Scott moved to the Portland Metro area. Upon responding to the ad placed by Sister Mercy for a guitar player, he auditioned and has graciously accepted the position, and plans to spread the blues all over the great northwest, with his new band mates.

Scott continues to write soulful, bluesy rockin’ originals, and is looking forward to recording a new CD with SISTER MERCY in the coming months.
